We exist to help people thrive – to create a world where people can move forward with clarity and confidence.
We believe business should be a force for good. That belief shapes how we partner with clients, how we support our team, and how we show up in the world.
We do it by helping organizations navigate change with clarity and care, by creating meaningful and flexible work for professionals, and by giving back 1% of our revenue to help communities thrive.

This is how we move people forward

Three uniques.
One intention.

01
Make it matter
We guide the human side of change, bringing calm to the chaos of transformation and helping people understand what matters most so everyone is motivated to move forward, together.
02
Make it happen
We’re in it with you, combining strategy and execution to drive meaningful progress and ensure no stakeholder gets left behind.
03
Make it last
We’re short-term advisors who build long-term capability, so your teams can successfully navigate through change long after we’re gone.

Business can be a force for
good in the world

Our values

One of the reasons Ripplea exists is to create meaningful and flexible work for change and communication professionals who want to live and work on their own terms. These are the principles that guide who we choose to collaborate with and how we show up - for clients, for each other, and for the world.
Alt text
Impact Driven
We believe deeply in the effect our work creates in people’s lives, and in the ability of business to be a force for good in the world. We’re passionate about growing our impact to make an even bigger difference.
Collaborative Autonomy
We’re independent professionals who choose to succeed as
a team. We trust each other to deliver, support one another
fully, and always follow through.
Humble Expertise
We provide honest insights, not easy answers, and always go the extra mile - bringing clarity and steadiness in moments of complexity. We’re sharp and seasoned AND kind and collaborative.
People First
Our savvy experts are also the caring humans you’ll want as an extension of our team. We make decisions based on people first, not the bottom line.
Bias for Action
We drive meaningful progress with quick wins and visible
results that earn trust. We stay flexible as things evolve,
anchoring every step in purpose and practicality.
