The Challenge
A Fortune 500 healthcare technology company was adopting a new AI-powered end-to-end supply chain platform. Communications for the transformation were mismanaged by a previous partner, resulting in no clear strategy or coordinated plan defining what to share, when or by whom. As a result, messaging was fragmented and uninspiring, and employees largely ignored it.

The Approach
To get the program communication back on track, Ripplea implemented a change communication strategy and structured way to manage communication activities moving forward.

Designed a strategy that activated leaders at every level. The executive sponsor amplified key messages, direct reports contextualized them for their functions and on-site project managers were equipped with a tactical playbook to deliver launch communications.

On-site project managers praised the launch communications playbook, noting it improved employee satisfaction by clearly outlining changes and removed the burden of creating communications during already complex launches.

Centralized communications hub

Built a one-stop hub for all program communications, combining a forward-looking calendar, weekly themes, and ad hoc requests. The plan documented processes for each communication artifact to create efficiency and long-term sustainability.
outcome
The communications hub gave transformation leaders a huge sense of relief by providing visibility into what was coming and confidence it was handled, while also preserving past themes to inform future narratives.
